- Once confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible
- Full payment or advance may be required for custom work
3. 🚫 Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

We do not accept returns on handmade or custom items.
Replacement is only applicable if:
- Product is damaged in transit
- Wrong item is delivered
Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
