As all our products are handmade and custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered.
However, we do offer a replacement only in the case of damaged or defective items.
If your order arrives damaged:
– Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
– Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
– We will review and arrange a replacement if eligible.
